Each of our commercial ovens can be ventilated using either a direct connect UL103 chimney or a Listed Type 1 hood with grease duct venting.

We suggest you consult local authorities for the requirements in your area.

For you convenience we attached the drawing for the Type 1 Hood which was tested by UL with our ovens.

This hood is available for purchase from Gaylord Ventilation.
